Presidents Day...really?

So I had a...well " What Ever " type of a weekend. What ever type of weekends are the kind that you start to do something and it gets a bit more complicated then you had planned...so you grab a beer or two and start to dig in and if you get to your fourth or fifth beverage...you say .." AHHH Screw it, we got an extra eight screws...whatever"
Safe to say nothing gets done.

 With me it does not even get that complicated..I get to the point where the hammer is on the counter and I am sitting on the floor and it tells me to hammer this piece in slot R...Yeah I grab my Coffee and head for the computer chair..Note: The hammer is still on the counter.









  Monday is fun and we always have tons to do. Today was not to bad. We had a few people out and one left early but the calls had been pretty basic and nothing to crazy happened.  I think some office had the day off for presidents day.  I have never worked for a place that had presidents day off. I really do not think the country should come to a halt for it to be honest.

   The day we should have off is ....something cool like Ground Hog day or Pie Day..or even better let Americans make up a national Holiday and vote on it.

Lets bring America back together and vote on a day.  I would submit the following day. National Walmart Dress code day.  Everyone has to put on under sized clothes and strut around with a terra...we could have a parade and a King and Queen...O oo crap I forgot..that's almost every first of the month....Just saying.

   The day we really should all have off and celebrate is 911. I think that and the Challenger shuttle have to be the most memorable days I can recall.  We could call it Honors day.  Every American who has been killed or had their life taken in the effort to keep America a free country. that's would encompass veterans day...memorial day and all the civilian casualties in one day. Honor the fallen day or something..just an Idea.

 

 I was told " Suck it today", yes someone was mad at me and told me to suck it.  I am not sure what they wanted to suck so I followed up with a list of things that would be fun to suck..I followed that person around the building for a little bit just giving them the list of things that " It " could be... He stopped me after about ten minutes and said...Ok ..Ok I am sorry....I then left .....yes I think he was surprised so on my way back out of the room..I said... " I bet you are glad you didn't say F-U"
