I had the best intension's to do another session of this work out video last night. I had the best intentions of cranking up the music and just doing it. I ended up laying down and reading a book and falling asleep at 8pm. I woke up at 7:15 today, not like myself..so I guess I needed some sleep. Any who...lets see what we can do with tonight....

So I think what I need to do is to get the audio version of the next book in the series and do a little walk and listen so I can log some calorie burner time. We will see how it goes.
