Wednesday ..they call it hump day...what are we dogs.



     So hump day, yeah so why is it humpday..yeah because we are climbing over the middle of the week over a hump. Or is it like a dog, you crab hold of someone's Legg and just go until its over.  I think it should be called that day that you really don't want to be where you are and someplace else should be better day.






      So I am tracking my level of enthusiasm when it comes to the working out thing.  I have come to the realization that I am not really one to do a structured work out.  Its hard enough for me to have people tell me what I have to do all day and then have some crazy leotard pain giver " Instruct " me on what to do to be less fat.  Newsflash, I already know that.

1 ) Get off your ass and do something.
2.) don't eat the 3600 calories you had been eating a day.
3.) Cake is not your friend as it give you Man-Boobs
4.) Eat often but in smaller servings.
5.) One craft beer is enough and you don't need 3 to go with it.

      I have been doing this and it is working for me. I am down over 10 pounds in three weeks. My goal is to get to around 250 by April 1st....235 by July 1st...lets see what happens.
